SERVICES

We are different from other gym facilities where members can come and go as they please to work out.  We are a specialized training environment where members, our clients, get the best attention and care a wellness center can provide.  Although, there is an open gym time, you must be working with a trainer to take advantage of it.

             PERSONAL TRAINING

 

You are the priority here.  This facility is a training center primarily dedicated to trainers and their clients.  There are no distractions here which allows the relationship between our trainers and clients to be more engaged.  We want you to be comfortable training in this environment where our clients get results and the necessary equipment is always readily available.  Your first visit is complimentary, we will give you an individualized road map guiding you to success.

             SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our youth sports performance is directed and led by R.K. who has coached many different sports with more than 10 years of experience in coaching, strength and conditioning training.  His primary focus is to take young athletes and build on their strengths improving their weaknesses through basic resistance and endurance training.  Bring your son or daughter in today for a consultation.

             GROUP TRAINING

 

Not a fan of working out alone then bring a friend or two.  Working out with more than one person is not just motivating, but your innate competitive spirit, you might deny having, will force you to push a little harder.  It's like having your own private boot camp designed especially for your group of friends.  In addition, we have group classes and boot camps for everybody.

             GROUP CLASSES

 

We are currently working on enrolling Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, TRX, and Krav Maga classes.  If any of these interest you, please contact and let us know so that we can provide you with updated class times and dates.  Times and dates are subject to change based off needs and size of class.

             BOOT CAMPS

 

We have a boot camp for every fitness level.  Like our group classes, times and dates are subject to change based off need and size of group.  Saturdays we have our Basic Boot Camp that is circuit based.  Throughout the month we have other performance based boot camps, so please call and we will provide you with a schedule.
