Working with Quinn was my first experience with a personal trainer. I came to his program overweight, and with the endurance level of a slug. I have worked with Jaimie for over a year with individual personal training sessions to help me achieve my fitness goals. She helped me lose body fat, increase muscle strength and drop some unwanted pounds. I have been training with Jaimie as my personal trainer for over a year. My original goal was just to lose weight, but with Jaimie's constant guidance and encouragement I not only met that goal, but set new goals that I never thought I could have achieved. She encouraged me to branch out and try new machines at the gym or new classes and push myself further than I thought I could. Additionally, every month Jaimie and I would set new fitness and nutrition goals and she would check in with me throughout the month to make sure I was keeping on target.
